Braden Hammond is a certified fitness trainer and coach specializing in Acro Yoga
βAs soon as I started practicing Acro Yoga I was immediately hooked on the endless physical challenges.
I have the privilege to work alongside great mentors and have taught hundred's of people basic Acro Yoga Poses & Flows .
During class, we work together in small groups of 3-4 people. We promote and encourage building a growing sense of community, communication and trust.
My goal is to see people challenge themselves and grow during classes & Jams ,
Acro Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility and fitness levels. It is truly a unique challenge of lifting others to make yourself stronger.
