A fun, beginner-friendly 6-week AcroYoga series designed to help you get fit, build confidence, and connect with community — no experience required.
AcroYoga blends strength, balance, flexibility, and play in a supportive, welcoming environment. You’ll learn Level 1 foundations at a safe, progressive pace while developing trust, body awareness, and communication.
No partner needed. All levels welcome.
Schedule
January 17 – February 21
Train once or twice per week with the same pass:
- Saturdays: 2:00 – 3:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 7:30 – 9:00 PM
