Intro to Acro Yoga . 90 minutes group fitness class. Learning basic poses and flows in Acro Yoga . no previous experience required (level 0) no partner ? No problem everyone is welcome and we will all be working togther.
Acro Jam ( Open Practice ) 2 hrs of practice where students can learn in an open structure. Teaching one another building community and friendships through Acro Yoga. All levels of Acro Yogis are welcome .
What is Acro Yoga?
Acro yoga is Partner Yoga practiced in groups of 2-4 people. Participants are the base, flyer and spotter. Groups work to form poses that when put together form challenging flows. Fitness coach and Acro Yogi Braden and friends will teach you the basics in Acro Yoga. Focusing on Safey, body awareness and teamwork
